Spring Showers
Spring has finally sprung on the East Coast. The rains have come; this year’s spring break began with snow. I guess, better late than never. As a result the Cherry blossoms, as they do every year, are showing off around the tidal basin and Eleanor Roosevelt’s tulip gardens dot the Potomac river with brilliant displays of red. Water is the key to this cycle of life here in DC, the rains refresh and awaken the spring foliage to thrive, bloom and astound. A warm shower does the same for many of us each morning.
