The 5th grade class at Windermere Preparatory School in Orlando, Florida dedicated this year’s Touchpoints Fundraiser to the children of Sahasra Deepika. They held bake sales, competed in walkathons and sold homemade crafts to raise over $4600. “I was very impressed with the ingenuity all of our students showed to raise money for Sahasra Deepika along with their dedication and determination. The connection that each student has towards the success of the Institute coupled with their desire to help others allowed them to succeed; proving that no matter how young one may be they can make a positive difference in our world. All of their teachers enjoyed watching them and were inspired by all!” stated 5th grade teacher Gina Geloso.
